EKHTIYAR-E-MUSTAFA ﷺ
Har aqal wala shakhs ye jaanta hai ki jo zaat jitne bade uhde par hoti hai us ke ekhtiyaraat bhi utne hi ziyadah hote hain.Chief minister ke ekhtiyaraat minister se aur president ke ekhtiyaraat chife minister se badh ke hote hai.Is me koi shak nahi ki Allah Ta’ala ne Huzur ﷺse bada uhda kisi ko ata nahi farmaya.Is etabaar se puri kaa’inaat me Aapﷺse zyada ekhtiyaraat bhi Allah Ta’ala ne kisi ko nahi diya.Ye ek khuli haqiqat hai.Magar kuchh log kehte hai ki Nabi ko koi ekhtiyaar nahi.(Tauba) Niche Quran aur hadis ki raushni me is ki haqiqat pesh hai.Padhye aur khud faisla kijiye.

Sawal:Huzur ﷺ ko kisi chiz ko halaal ya haram qaraar dene ka ekhtiyaar tha ya nahi?
Jawab:Ji haan! Allah Ta’ala ne apne mahboob ﷺ ko ye ekhtiyaar ata farmaya tha ki Aap jis chiz ko chaahein halaal kar de aur jis chiz ko chahein haram qaraar de.Allah Ta’ala ne apne mahboob ki is shaan ko bayan karte hue irshad farmaya “Ye Nabi paakiza chizein un ke liye halaal farmaega aur gandi chizein un par haram karega.(Surah Al-Aaraaf,Aayat No.157)
Aur apne mahboob ki is shaan ko nahi maan-ne walo se musalmano ko jang karne ka hukm diya:Lado un logon se jo imaan nahi laate Allah par aur aakhirat ke din par aur haraam nahi maante un chizon ko jise Allah aur us ke Rasool ne haraam kar diya.(Surah Tauba,aayat No.29)
Aur Allah Ta’ala ne irshad farmaya ki “Rasool jo tumhe de lelo aur jis chiz se mana farmaa de ruk jaao.Aur Allah se daro beshak Allah ka azaab bada sakht hai.(Surah Hashr,Aayat No.7)
In aayaton se saaf saaf maloom ho gaya ki Allah Ta’ala ne Huzur ﷺ ko kisi chiz ke halaal ya haraam qaraar dene ka ekhtiyaar ata farmaya tha.Jis me shak karne ki koi gunja’ish hi nahi.
Sawal:Kya Huzur ﷺ ka ye ekhtiyaar hadis se bhi saabit hai?
Jawab:Bahut saari hadiso se ye baat saabit hai ki Allah Ta’ala ne Huzur ﷺ ko ye ekhtiyaar ata farmaya tha.Un me se kuchh hadisein yahan par pesh hai.Aap khud padhein aur faisla kare!
Hadis No.1:Hazrat-e-Miqdaam bin Ma’adi Karab kandi radhi allaho anho bayan karte hain ki Nabi kareem ﷺ ne irshad faramaya:Qarib hai ki ek shakhs apne takiye par tek lagaye baitha hoga,aur us ke saamne meri hadiso me se koi hadis bayan ki jaaegi,To woh ye kahega ki hamare aur tumhare darmiyan Allah Ta’ala ki kitaab kaafi hai.Ham jo us me halaal paaenge use halaal maanenge aur jo haraam paaenge use haraam maanenge.(Aap ﷺ ne irshad farmaya:) Suno! Beshak woh chizein jise Allah ke Rasool ne haraam qaraar diya hai woh aise hi haraam hai jise Allah ne haraam qaraar diya.(Ibn-e-Maajah,Hadis No.12)
Hadis No.2:Hazrat-e-Abu’Hurairah radhi allaho anho bayan karte hain ki:Huzur ﷺ ne logo ko khutba diya to irshad farmaya ki:Beshak Allah Ta’ala ne tum par Haj karna farz qaraar diya hai.To Hazrat-e-Aqra bin Haabis Taimi radhi allaho anho ne kaha:Ya Rasoolallah ﷺ! Kya har saal?To Aap ﷺ khamosh rahe.Un ke teen baar sawal karne ke baad, Aap ﷺ farmaya:Agar main “haan” keh deta to har saal zaruri ho jaata.(Tirmizi,Hadis No.814.Ibn-e-Maajah,Hadis No.2884)
Hadis No.3:Hazrat-e-Abu’Umama radhi allaho anho bayan karte hain ki: Nabi kareem ﷺ ne irshad faramaya:Agar mujhe meri ummat ki pareshani ka khayal nahi hota to main unhein har namaaz ke waqt miswaak karne un ke liye farz qaraar de deta.(Sahi Muslim,Hadis No.252,Ibn-e-Maajah,Hadis No.289)
Hadis No.4:Hazrat-e-Ali radhi allaho anho bayan karte hain ki: Nabi kareem ﷺ ne irshad faramaya:Ghodo aur gulaamo ki zakat to main ne maaf kar diya.To rupiyon ki zakat ada karo,Har 40 dirham me se ek dirham.(Tirmizi,Hadis No.620)
In tamaam hadiso se saaf saaf saabit ho gaya ki Huzur ﷺ ko kisi bhi chiz ke halaal ya haraam karne ka ekhtiyaar tha.
Sawal:Kya Huzur ﷺ ne apne is ekhtiyaar ka istemal karte hue kisi chiz ko halaal farmaya?
Jawab:Haan! Aap ﷺ ne Hazrat-e-Abu Burda radhi allaho anho ke liye 6 mahine ki bakri ki qurbaani jaa’iz kar diya.(Jab ki ye na kisi ke liye jaa’iz tha na hai aur nahi hoga.)(Sahi Bukhari,Hadis No.5560,Sahi Muslim,Hadis No.1961)
Hazrat-e-Khuzaima radhi allaho anho ki gawahi ko do mardon ki gawahi ke bara-bar qaraar diya.(Abu-dawood,Hadis No.3607)
Is ke elawah aur bhi bahut saari misaalein hadis sharif me maujood hain.
Sawal:Kya Huzur ﷺ ne kisi chiz ko haraam bhi farmaya?
Jawab:Haan!Huzur ﷺ ne madina sharif ke ek khaas hisse ko haraam qaraar diya aur us ke andar ke darakht kaatne aur shikaar wagairah karne ko haraam farmaya.Jaisa ki Huzur ﷺ ne khud irshad farmaya ki:Beshak main ne madina ke do kinaare(Yani Eer ki pahadi se Soor ki pahadi)tak ki jagah ko haraam kar diya hai.To us ke andar ke kaante-daar darakhto ko na kaata jaaye aur nahi us ke andar shikaar kiya jaaye.(Sahi Muslim,Hadis No.1363.Sahi Bukhari,Hadis No.1867.1869.Abu-dawood,Hadis No.2034.2035.2036.)
Sawal:Jin chizon ko Huzur ne haraam qaraar diya kya sahaba un chizon ko haraam maante the?
Jawab:Beshak Sahaba un chizon ko haraam maante the aur us ki tablig bhi karte the aur agar un ko ye ehsaas hota ki koi shakhs us ki ahmiyat nahi deta to us par us ko tokte bhi the.Jaisa ki Hazrat-e-Naafe bin jubair radhi allaho anho bayan karte hain ki ek martaba Marwan bin hakam ne logo ko khutba diya to us ne Makka sharif aur wahan ke rehne walo aur wahan par shikaar wagairah ke haraam hone ko bayan kiya magar Madina sharif aur yahan ke rehne walo aur yahan ki khaas jagah ke andar ke shikaar wagairah ke haraam hone ko zikr nahi kiya.To Sahabi-e-Rasool Hazrat-e-Raafy bin khadij ne Marwan se kaha:Kya baat hai ki tum ne Makka aur wahan ke rehne walo aur wahan ki hurmat ka zikr kiya lekin tum ne Madina aur yahan ke rehne wale aur yahan ki Hurmat ka zikr nahi kiya?Jab ki beshak Rasoolallah ﷺ ne Madina ko haram banaya aur us ke andar shikar wagairah karne ko haraam qaraar diya.Aur ye baat mere paas ek Khaulani chamde par likha hua mahfuz hai agar tum chaho to us ko padh sakte ho.To Marwan chup ho gaya aur kehne laga ki haan!Main ne bhi is ke baare me kuchh suna hai.(Sahi Muslim,Hadis No.1361)
Sawal:Huzur ﷺ saari kaa’inaat ke maalik hain.Kya aisa hadis sharif se saabit hai?
Jawab: Hazrat-e-Saubaan radhi allaho anho bayan karte hain ki: Nabi kareem ﷺ ne irshad faramaya:Mere liye puri zameen ko samet diya gaya yahan tak ki main ne pachhim aur purab ke aakheri kinaaron ko dekh liya.Phir mujh se kaha gaya ki aap wahaan tak ke maalik hai jahan tak ke aap ke liye zameen ko sameta gaya hai.(Ibn-e-Maajah,Hadis No.3952)
Is hadis sharif se saaf taur par ye saabit hua ki Allah Ta’ala ne aap ko saare jahan ki milkiyat aap ko ata farmaya.Aur zaahir baat hai ki jo jis chiz ka maalik hota hai us ko apni milkiyat ka ekhtiyaar bhi hota hai.Is liye is hadis sharif se saabit ho gaya ki Allah ne aap ko Maalik-e-Kul aur Mukhtar-e-Kul banaya hai.Is ke elawah Allah ta’ala ne aap ko sirf khazaane hi nahi balki us ki kunjiya bhi aap ko ata farmaya jaisa ki is ke baare me sahi Bukhari aur Sahi Muslim ki saaf riwayat hain ki Huzur ﷺ ne farmaya:Mujhe tamaam khazaano ki kunjiya ata kar di gayi.(Sahi Bukhari,Hadis No.2977,Sahi Muslim,Hadis No.523) in sab riwayato se ye baat saabit hoti hai ki Aap ﷺ kul jahan ke maalik-o-Mukhtaar hain.
Sawal:Kya Huzur ﷺ kisi ko jannat dene ka bhi ekhtiyaar rakhte hain?
Jawab:Hazrat-e-Rabia bin ka’ab Aslami radhi allaho anho bayan karte hain ki : Ek martaba main ne Huzur ﷺ ke saath raat guzaara to main ne Aap ﷺ ke wazu aur zarurat ke liye paani laaya.Huzur ne mujh se farmaya ki:Aye Rabi’a!Mujh se maango.To main ne arz kiya Ya Rasollallah ﷺ!Main aap se ye maangta hun ki main jannat me aap ke saath rahu.To Huzur ne farmaya ki aur kuchh?To main ne kaha ki nahi,meri muraad to sirf yahi hai.(Sahi Muslim,Hadis No.489,Abu-dawood,Hadis No.1320)
Is hadis ki tashrih karte hue Shaikh Abdul Haq Muhaddis Dehlawi ne likha ki:Huzur ka begair kisi chiz ko khaas kiye hue ye kehna ki “Mujh se maango” is se ye maloom hota hai ki tamaam chizon ka ekhtiyaar aap ke haatho me hai,Aap jise chaahte hai aur jo chaahte hai Allah ta’ala ki ata se khud ata farmate hai.
Sawal:Jab Huzur ko itna hi ekhtiyaar hai to aap ne apne chacha Abu Taalib se kalma kyun nahi padhwa liya?
Jawab:Kisi ki Qismat me imaan na ho aur koi use kalma padhne ke liye kahe magar woh nahi padhe aur kaafir ho kar hi mar jaae.To is ka matlab ye nahi hota hai ki us ko kisi chiz ka ekhtiyaar hi nahi hai.Kyunki agar ye maan liya jaaye to phir ye baat ho gi ki Allah ta’ala ko bhi ekhtiyaar nahi hai kyunki Allah Ta’ala ne Iblis se kaha ki Aadam ko sajda karo magar us ne nahi kiya aur jahannami ho gaya.To ab ye nahi kaha jaaega ki agar Allah ko ekhtiyaar hota to Iblis se sajda nahi karwa leta.(Tauba) Rahi baat Huzur ko ekhtiyaar hone ki to woh saaf hadiso se saabit ho chukka hai.Aur Abu Taalib ke baare me jo hadisein kitaabo me maujood hai us se bhi Huzur ka ekhtiyaar saabit hota hai.Shart hai ki hadiso ko imaan ki nazar se padhe.Un me se ek hadis ye hai: Hazrat-e-Abdullah bin Haaris bayan karte hain ki:Hazrat-e-Abbas radhi allaho anho ne Huzur ﷺ se arz kiya:Ya Rasoolallah ﷺ!Beshak Abu Taalib aap ki bahut himayat aur aap ki badi madad karte the to kya unhe is ka kuchh faa’ida mila?To Huzur ﷺ ne farmaya ki:Haan!Main ne unhe jahannam ke gahre aag me paaya to unhe main ne wahan se nikaal kar halke phulke aag me le aaya.(Sahi Muslim,Hadis No.209)
Sawal:Aap ﷺ ne Hazrat-e-Fatima radhi allaho anha se khud farmaya ki:Main kuchh ekhtiyaar nahi rakhta hun to phir koi dusra aap ko ekhtiyaar wala kaise keh sakta hai?
Jawab:
Huzr ﷺ ne Islam ke shuru me apne rishta-daaron ko Allah Ta’ala se daraate hue ye irshad farmaya ki tum log (imaan laa kar)apni jaan ko jahannam se bachao nahi to main Allah ke saamne tumhare kuchh kaam nahi aaonga.(Sahi Muslim,Hadis No.206)Isi hadis me hai ki ye baat Huzur ne hazrat-e-Fatima se bhi farmaya.zaahir si baat hai ki agar woh imaan nahi laati to qayamat ke din huzur un ke kaam nahi aate.Is se ye samajhna ki Huzur majbur hai aur unhein kisi chiz ka ekhtiyaar hi nahi hai gumraahi aur be-deeni hai.Kyunki Qayamat ke din to Allah Ta’ala bhi kisi kaafir ke kaam nahi aaega.To kya matlab? Rahi baat Musalmano ke kaam aane ki to Huzur ne khud farmaya ki meri shafa’at meri ummat ke bade bade gunahgaaron ke liye hogi.(Tirmizi,Hadis No.2435) Aur Qayamat ke din Huzur ka musalmano ko jahannam se nikaal kar jannat me daakhil karwana to mash’hoor hadiso se saabit hai.(Sahi Muslim,Hadis No.193)
Sawal:Quran sharif,Surah Tahrim aayat No.1 me hai:Aye Nabi!Aap kyun haraam karte hai us chiz ko jise Allah ne aap ke liye halaal kar diya hai.Kya is tarah se aap apni biwiyon ki khushi haasil karna chaahte hai?Is aayat se to maloom hua ki aap ﷺ ko kisi chiz ke halaal ya haraam karne ka ekhtiyaar nahi hai.kyunki agar Aap ko ekhtiyaar hota to aap ke haraam karne par Allah Ta’ala aap ko mana nahi farmata.
Jawab:Is aayat-e-karima ko samajhne ke liye zaruri hai ki pehle aap ye jaan le ki ye aayat kab aur kyun naazil hui?Sahi Bukhari aur Sahi Muslim ki riwayat ke mutabiq ye aayat us waqt naazil hui jab Aap ﷺ ko Hazrat-e-Zainab radhi allaho anha ke ghar shahad khaane ki wajah se der hui jis ki wajah se Aap ﷺ ki dusri biwiyon ko taklif hui.To aap ne un ko khush karne ke liye farmaya ki Ab main shahad khaonga hi nahi.
Allama Aalusi, ibn-e-Muneer ke hewale se is aayat ki tafseer karte hue likhte hain ki:Kisi halaal ko haraam karna do tarah se hota hai.Ek ye ki Kisi halaal chiz ke baare me ye aqeeda bana liya jaae ki ye haraam hai.To ye kufr hai.Jaise agar koi Roti ke baare me apna ye aqeeda bana le ki ye haraam hai.To woh kaafir ho jaaega.Aur Huzur ﷺ ka kufr karna ye mumkin nahi hai.Aur dusri surat halaal ko haraam karne ki ye hoti hai ki halaal ko halaal hi samjhe lekin us ke istemaal se parhez kare.Aisa karna jaa’iz hai.Jaise Gaaye ka gosht khaana jaa’iz hai magar bahut saare log us ko halaal samajhne ke baad bhi nahi khaate hai aur us ke istemaal se parhez karte hai.Huzur ﷺ ne jo Shahad ko apne liye haraam kiya tha us ki yahi surat thi.Aur Allah T’ala ke us farmaan ki wajah ye thi ki Huzur ne apni biwiyon ko khush karne ke liye apne upar ye paabandi laga li thi jis se Huzur ko taklif hoti kyunki Shahad khaana aap ko bahut pasand tha.Aur Allah Ta’ala ko ye gawaara nahi tha ki mere mahboob ko taklif pahuche.Is liye Allah Ta’ala ne farmaya ki “Aap ne aisa kyun kiya?” Aap apni biwiyon ko khush karna chaahte hai lekin main aap ki khushi chahta hu.Is liye aisi paabandi ki ijaazat nahi de sakta.(Talkhis:Bahewala,Tafseer Ziyaul-Quran,Vol:5,Page No.295)
Subhanallah!Is aayat se to maloom hua ki Allah Ta’ala ko aap ki taklif gawarah nahi.Aur ye bhi maloom hua ki Is aayat me haraam ka matlab woh haraam nahi hai jo mash’hoor hai.Balki yahan par bachna aur parhez karna muraad hai.Is liye is aayat se aap ka ekhtiyaar na hona nahi saabit hota.Aur ho bhi kaise sakta hai.Jab ki khud Allah Ta’ala ne Aap ke is ekhtiyaar ko nahi maan-ne walon se musalmano ko jang karne hukm dete hue irshad farmaya: Lado un logon se jo imaan nahi laate Allah par aur aakhirat ke din par aur haraam nahi maante un chizon ko jise Allah aur us ke Rasool ne haraam kar diya.(Surah Tauba,aayat No.29)
Aap zara khud sochiye ki agar yahan par wahi baat hoti jo khud ko Ahl-e-Hadis hone ka dawah karne wale log kehte hai.To Aap ﷺ ne to apni zindagi me bahut saari chizon ko halaal aur haraam farmaya(Jaisa ki upar mukammal hewale ke saath bayan hua)Magar Allah Ta’ala ne kabhi mana nahi farmaya ki Aye Mahboob!Aap ne falan chiz ko kyun halaal ya haraam kar diya?Aakhir aisi aayat usi waqt kyun naazil hui jab Aap apni biwiyon ki khushi ke liye pasand hone ke baad bhi shahad nahi khaane ka mukammal irada kar liya?In haqiqaton par gaur karne se Allama Ibn-e-Muneer ki tafseer ki haqqaniyat saaf zaahir ho jaati hai ki is aayat ka woh matlab nahi jo kuchh log samajhte hai balki is ka sahi matlab yahi hai ki Allah ta’ala ko apne mahboob ki ye baat pasand nahi thi ki mera mahboob apni biwiyon ki khushi ke liye khud taklif uthaye aur pasand hone ke baad bhi shahad nahi khaae.Is liye is aayat se aap ke ekhtiyaar ka na hona saabit nahi hota balki ye saabit hota hai ki Allah ki baargaah me aap se bada mahboob koi nahi hai.
