Imam ke pichhe qirat karna jaa’iz hai ya naja’iz? Is baare me Quran o hadis aur aqwal e sahaba ki raushni me mazmoon sawal o jawab ki shakal me pesh hai, padhe aur khud faisla kare.

Sawal: Kya imam ke pichhe qirat karna durust hai?
Jawab: Imam ke pichhe muqtadi ke liye qirat karna durust nahi hai. Kyuki Allah Ta’ala ne irshad farmaya:Jab quran padha jaae to gaur se suno aur chup raho taaki tum raham kiye jaao(Surah Aaraaf,Aayat No.204). Is ayat e karima se maloom hua ki jab imam qirat kare to muqtadiyo par zaruri hai ki woh gaur se sune aur khamush rahe taaki un par Allah ta’ala raham farmaae.
Sawal: kya huzur sallallahu alaihe wasallam ne imam ke pichhe muqtadiyo ko qirat karne se mana farmaya?
Jawab:ji haan! Huzur sallallahu alaihe wasallam ne imam ke pichhe muqtadiyo ko qirat kane se mana farmaya. Is silsile me bahut saari hadisein hai.Unme se kuchh ye hai.Gaur se padhe aur khud faisla kare.
Hadis No.1:Hazrat e Abu Huraira razi allahu ta’ala anho bayan karte hain ki: Rasoolallah sallallahu alaihe wasallam ne irshad farmaya:Imam isi liye banaya jaata hai ki uski pairwi ki jaae.To jab woh takbeer kahe to tum takbeer kaho aur jab woh qirat kare to tum khamosh raho.(Sahi Bukhari hadis No. 722, Sahi Muslim hadis No. 414)
Hadis No.2:Hazrat e Abu Huraira razi allahu ta’ala anho se marwi hai:Raoolallah sallallahu alaihe wasallam ne irshad farmaya ki:Imam isi liye banaya jaata hai ki uski pairwi ki jaae.To jab woh takbeer kahe to tum takbeer kaho,Aur jab woh qirat kare to tum khamosh raho aur jab ‘sam’i allahu liman hamidah’ kahe to tum ‘allahuma rabbana lakal hamd’ kaho.(Sunan e Nisa’ee hadis No. 921)
Hadis No.3:Hazrat e Abu Huraira razi allahu ta’ala anho bayan karte hain ki: Rasoolallah sallallahu alaihe wasallam aisi namaz se faarig hue jisme qirat zor se ki jaati hai,to farmaya: kya abhi tum me se kisi ne mere pichhe qirat ki?Ek shakhs ne kaha: Haan, Ya Rasoolallah sallallahu alihe wasallam! Aap sallallahu alihe wasallam ne farmaya:Beshak maine kaha ki kya baat hai mere saath quran me jhagda kiya jaa raha hai?Rawi ne kaha:jab ye baat Rasoolallah sallallahu alaihe wasallam se logo ne suni to unhone huzur sallallahu alai he wasallam ke saath jehri namazo me qirat karna chhor di. Hadis No.4:Hazrat e Hattan bin Abdullah Raqashi bayan karte hai ki hame hazrat e Abu Musa ne namaz padha’ee to kaha ki:Beshak Rasoolallah sallallahu alaihe wasallam jab hame namaz padhate to hame ye baat sikhate ki imam isi liye banaya jaata hai ki uski pairwi ki jaae.To jab woh takbeer kahe to tum bhi takbeer kaho aur jab woh qirat kare to tum khamosh raho.(Sunan e Baihaqi hadis No. 2712,2713,)
Hadis No.5:Hazrat e Ali razi allahu ta’ala anho ne bayan kiya ki:Ek shakhs ne Huzur Nabi e kareem sallallahu alaihe wasallam se puchha ki: Main imam ke pichhe qirat karun ya khamosh rahun?To Huzur sallallahu alaihe wasallam ne irshad farmaya ki:khamosh raho,unki qirat tumhe kaafi hai.(Sunan Daar Qutni hadis No.1248)
In hadison se saaf zaahir hogaya ki qirat ke waqt muqtadiyo ko khamosh rehna chahiye. Huzur sallallahu alaihe wasallam ki yahi taleem hai. Ab jaan bujh ke koi khilaaf kare to apne ma’amle ka khud zimmadar hai.
Sawal: kya sirri namaz (yani jisme qirat ahiste se ki jaati hai) usme bhi imam ke pichhe qirat karna durust nahi hai?
Jawab: Haan! Sirri namazo me bhi imam ke pichhe qirat karna durust nahi.Jaisa ki Hazrat e Imran bin Husain razi allahu ta’ala anhu se marwi hai ke Allah ke Rasool sallallahu alaihe wasallam ne namaz e zohar padhaa’ee to ek shakhs ne Aap ke pichhe ek surah ki tilawat ki, jab huzur sallallahu alaihe wasallam namaz se faarig hue to puchha: Tum me se kisne qirat kya? To ek shaks ne kaha: maine, To Aap sallallahu alaihe wasallam ne farmaya: Mujhe maloom ho gaya ke tum me se koi jhagda kar raha hai. (Sahi Muslim, hadis No.398)
Is hadis e paak se maloom hua ki sahaba e kiram Huzur sallallahu alaihe wasallam ke pichhe sirri namazo me bhi qirat nahi karte the, kyunki ye zohar ki namaz ka waqiya hai. Jisme ahiste qirat ki jaati hai. Saare sahaba aap sallallahu alaihe wasallam ke pichhe qirat ke waqt khamosh the.Sirf ek sahabi e Rasool sallallahu alaihe wasallam ne qirat ki thi. To Aap sallallahu alaihe wasallam ne us par toka. Is se saaf taur par maloom hua ki sirri namazo me bhi imam ke pichhe qirat karna durust nahi aur Yahi sahaba e karam ka amal tha. Aur Hazrat e Abdullah bin Abbas razi allahu ta’ala anho ne bayan kiya ki: Huzur sallallahu alaihe wasallam ne irshad farmaya: Tumko imam ki qirat kaafi hai,sirri namaz ho ya zehri.(Sunan Daar-e-Qutni,hadis No.1202,1266)

Sawal: Imam ke pichhe qirat karne ke baare me sahaba-e-kiraam ka fatwa aur amal kya tha?
Jawab: Sahaba e kiraam ka fatwa aur amal yahi tha ki aap hazraat imam ke pichhe qirat karne ko jaa’iz nahi samajhte the aur na hi khud qirat karte the. Yaha par chand riwayat pesh ki jaati hai jinse sahaba e kiraam ke nazariyat aur amal ka bakhubi pata chalta hai.
(1)Hazrat e Abu Na’eem wahab bin kaisaan se riwayat hain ki unhone Jabir bin Abdullah razi allahu ta’ala anhu ko ye farmate hue suna ki:jisne namaz padhi aur usme surah fatiha nahi padhi to goya usne namaz hi nahi padhi. Haan,magar jab ki woh imam k pichhe ho(yani jab imam ke pichhe ho to usko padhne ki zarurat nahi).(Tirmizi, hadis No.313)
(2) Abd bin Abi laila riwayata karte hain ki Hazrat e Ali razi allahu ta’ala anho imam ke pichhe qirat karne se mana farmaya karte the.(Sunan Daar-e-Qutni,hadis No.2805)
(3) Sayyidena Musa bin Uqba razi allahu ta’ala anho kehte hai ki : Huzur sallallahu alaihe wasallam, Hazrat Abu bakr, Hazrat Umar aur Hazrat e Usman razi allahu ta’ala anhum imam ke pichhe qirat karne se mana farmaya karte the. (Musannaf Abdur razzaq,hadis No.2810)
(4) Hazrat e Jabir bin Abdullah razi allahu ta’ala anho se marwi hai ki: Rasoolallah sallallahu alaihe wasallam ne namaz padhaa’ee to ek shakhs jo aap ke pichhe tha, qirat kiya,To Huzur sallallahu alaihe wasallam ke ashab me se ek sahabi use namaz me qirat karne se mana karne lage. Jab woh shakhs namaz se faarig hua to us sahabi e Rasool sallallahu alaihe wasallam ki taraf motawajjah hua, aur kaha:kya Aap mujhe Rasoolallah sallallahu alaihe wasallam ke pichhe qirat karne se mana karte hai. Phir un dono me bahas chhir gayi yaha tak ke uska zikr huzur sallallahu alaihe wasallam se kiya gaya to Aap sallallahu alaihe wasallam ne farmaya: Jo imam ke pichhe namaz padhe to beshak imam ki qirat hi uski qirat hai.(Sunan baihaqi, hadis No. 2722, Sunan Daar-e-Qutni,hadis No.1234, Motta imam Mohammad, hadis No.125)
(5)Mohammad bin Ajlaan se riwayat hain ki Hazrat-e-Umar e farooque razi allahu ta’ala anho ne kaha: Meri ye khahish hai ki jo shaks imam ke pichhe qirat kare uske muh me path-thar ho.(take qirat na kar sake).(Musannaf Abdur Razzaq,hadis No.2806)
(6) Hazrat e Alqama bin Qais razi allahu ta’ala anho se riwayat hain ke hazrat e Abdullah bin Mas’ood razi allahu ta’ala anho jehri(jinme awaz ke sath qirat hoti hai) aur sirri (jisme qirat ahiste hoti hai)dono tarah ki namazon me imam ke pichhe qirat nahi karte the(Motta imam Mohammad, hadis No.96)
(7)Hazrat e Abu Bijad se marwi hain ke:Hazrat e Sa’ad razi allahu ta’ala anho ne kaha:Meri khaahish hai ki jo log imam ke pichhe qirat karte hai unke muh me aag ka angaara ho.(Musannaf ibne abi shaiba, hadis No.3803, Motta imam Mohammad, hadis No.126)
(8)Hazrat e Saubaan se marwi hai ke:hazrat e zaid bin sabit razi allahu ta’ala anho ne kaha: imam ke piche qirat nahi karo,imam zor se qirat kare ya ahiste.(Musannaf ibne abi shaiba, hadis No. 3808)
(9) Hazrat e Musa bin Sa’ad razi allahu ta’ala anho se marwi hain ke: hazrat e zaid bin sabit razi allahu ta’ala anho ne farmaya:jisne imam ke pichhe qirat kiya. uski namaz hi nahi hui.(Musannaf abdur razzaq,hadis No.2802, Musannaf ibne abi shaiba hadis No. 3809, Motta imam Mohammad, hadis No.128)
(10)Hazrat e dawood bin Qais se marwi hai ke hazrat e Mohammad bin Ajlaan razi allahu anho ne kaha ki: hazrat e Ali razi allahu anho ne farmaya:jo shakhs imam ke saath qirat kare woh fitrat (yani sunnat) par nahi. Aur hazrat e Abdullah bin Ma’ood razi allahu anho ne kaha: kash!uska muh mitti se bhar diya jaata, aur hazrat e Umar farooque razi allahu anho ne kaha: meri khaahish hai ke wo log jo imam ke pichhe qirat karte hai unke muh me path-thar ho. (Musannaf Abdur razzaq hadis No.2806, Motta imam Mohammad, hadis No.127)
In tamam riwayato se zaahir ho gaya ki imam ke pichhe sahaba e kiraam qirat nahi karte the. Aur qirat karne walo ko mana bhi farmaya karte the. Ab agar koi qirat karta hai to quran , hadees aur amal e sahaba ke khilaaf karta hai.jiska koi etebar nahi.
Sawal:Hazrat-e-Abu Huraira razi allahu anho se puchha gaya ke hum imam ke pichhe surah fatiha ki tilawat kare ya nahi? To unhone farmaya:use apne dil me padho, is se to sabit hua ki imam ke pichhe qirat karna durust hai?
Jawab: Padhna do tarah se hota hai ek ye ki apne hoto ko harkat de kar awaaz se padhe ya ahiste padhe,usko “Qirat e lafzi” kehte hai aur dusra ye ke begair hoto ko harkat diye hue sirf uske maane me gaur o fikr kare,isko “Qirat e nafsi” kehte hai. (yani dil he dil me padhna) Hazrat e Abu Huraira razi allahu anho ne uske maane me gaur o fikr karne ke liye kaha ye nahi farmaya ki hoto ko harkat de kar zuban se padho.Aur jo najaa’iz hai woh qirat e lafzi hai na ke qirat e nafsi.
Sawal: Kuchh riwayato me saaf aaya hai ki Huzur sallallahu alaihe wasallam ne farmaya ki:Imam ke pichhe qirat nahi karo. Haan, magar surah fatiha padha karo. Is se to maloom hota hai ki muqtadiyo ke liye qirat karna jaa’iz nahi hai,magar surah fatiha padhna wajib hai?
Jawab:Haan! Kuchh aisi riwayate maujood hai. Lekin woh upar bayan kiye gaye dusri sahi riwayaat aur Quran ke khilaaf hai. Isliye us par amal nahi kiya jaa sakta.Aur agar unko sahi bhi maan liya jaae to lazim aata hai jo imam ke pichhe surah fatiha na padhe uski namaz nahi hogi kyun ki wajib ke chhor dene se namaz nahi hoti jab ke khud huzur sallallahu alaihe wasallam aur aap ke sahaba ne imam ke pichhe surah fatiha nahi padhne wale ki namaz ko jaa’iz qarar diya.aur unhein nahi sajda sahu ka hukm diya aur nahi dobara namaz padhne ka.
Jaisa ki Hazrat e Hasan,Hazrat e Abu bakrah razi allahu anho se riwayat karte hain ki:Woh ek martabah masjid me us waqt pahuche jab ki Huzur sallallahu alaihe wasallam ruku me jaa chuke the to woh rik’at chhutne ke darr se saf ke pichhe hi jaldi se ruku me chale gaye.jab huzur sallallahu alaihe wasallam ko ye bataya gaya to aap sallallahu alaihe waallam ne unse farmaya: Allah ta’ala tumhare dil me namaz ki khaahish aur zyada kare. Lekin dobara aisa nahi karna(yani saf me pahuch ne se pehle hi pichhe hi ruku me mat chale jaana).(Sahi Bukhari,hadis No.783)
Gaur kare! Hazrat e Abu Bakrah masjid me us waqt pahuche jab ki Huzur sallallahu alaihe wasallam ruku me jaa chuke the to woh bhi jaldi se niyat bandh kar ruku me chale gae. Na surah fatiha padhi aur nahi surat iske bawajood Huzur sallallahu alaihe wasallam ne unhe namaz dohrane ke liye nahi kaha. Is se saaf maloom ho gaya ki muqtadi ke liye surah fatiha padhna wajib nahi hai.iske ilawa bahut saari riwayate hai ki Huzur sallallahu alaihe wasallam ne saaf saaf irshad farmaya ki imam ke pichhe surah fatiha padhne ki zarurat nahi chunanche Hazrate Jabir bin Abdullah razi allahu anho bayan karte hain ki: Nabi kareem sallallahu alaihe wasallam ne irshad farmaya:woh namaz jisme surah fatiha nahi padhi jaati hai woh naaqis(Yani adhuri) hoti hai.Haan! magar ye ke woh jab imam ke pichhe ho.(Sunan Daar-e-Qutni, hadis No.1241)
Aur sahaba e kiraam ka bhi yahi fatwa tha.Jaisa ki Hazrat e Abu Na’eem wahab bin kaisaan se riwayat hain ke unhone hazrat e Jaabir bin Abdullah Radhi allaho anho ko ye farmate hue suna ki:Jisne namaz padhi aur usme surah fatiha nahi padhi to goya usne namaz hi nahi padhi. Haan!magar us waqt jab ki woh imam ke pichhe ho(yani jab imam ke pichhe ho to usko padhne ki zarurat nahi).(Tirmizi hadis No.313,Sunan baihaqi hadis No.2725)
In hadiso se saabit ho gaya ki muqtadiyo ke liye surah fatiha padhna wajib nahi. Aur woh riwayate jinse surah fatiha padhne ka subot hota hai woh Za’eef hai isliye us par amal nahi kiya jaega.
Sawal: Huzur sallallahu alaihe wasallam ne khud farmaya ki :jis ne surah fatiha na padhi uski namaz na hogi? Aur isme kisi ko khaas nahi farmaya ke imam ho ya muqtadi balke mutlaq farmaya ke jisne bhi surah fatiha nahi padhi uski namaz nahi hogi. Phir kaise maan liya jaae ke muqtadi ke liye surah fatiha padhna wajib nahi?
Jawab: Huzur sallallahu alaihe wasallam ka ye hukm akele namaz padhne walo ke liye hai ke jisne surah fatiha nahi padhi usi namaz na hogi aur yahi hamara bhi mazhab hai. Rahi baat ke aap sallallahu alai he wasallam ne is hadees me kisi ko khaas nahi farmaya balke sab ke liye ye hukm diya phir dusra kaun hota hai ke khaas kare aur kahe ki ye sirf akele padhne wale ke liye hai muqtadi ke liye nahi? To arz hai ki. Beshak huzur sallallahu alaihe wasallam ne is hadis me kisi ko khaas nahi farmaya lekin is se ye laazim nahi aata ki dusri hadiso me bhi khaas nahi farmaya ho. Beshak aap sallallahu alaihe wasallam ne dusri hadees me khaas farmaya aur imam ke pichhe surah fatiha na padhne walo ki namaz ko sahi qarar diya jaise ki upar tafseel se bayan hua. Ab koi ek hi hadees padh ke aankh band karle aur dusri hadees ko dekhe hi nahi to ye musalmano ka tariqa nahi, hame chahiye ke huzur sallallahu alaihe wasallam ke tamam hadeeso ko maane.
Akheri baat: Alhamdulillah! Quran o hadis aur aqwale sahaba ki raushni mein sabit hogaya ke imama ke pichhe kisi bhi namaz me qirat karna durust nahi. Haan! jo inkar karne wale hai woh inkar hi karenge agarche woh apni ankho se m’ojeza hi kyu na dekhle. Allah ta’ala musalmano ko sahi rah apna ne ki taufeeq ata farmaae.
