Dushmanaan-e-Islam jin teen waqiyaat ki wajah se Huzoor Rahmat-e-Aalam Sallallaho alaihe wasallam par aatank aur be-rehmi ka ilzaam lagate hain woh yeh hain:
1:Yahudi Sardar Ka’b bin Ashraf ka qatl.
2: Raees-ut-Tujjar Abu Rafe’ Sallam bin Abi al-Huqaiq ka khufiya qatl.
3: Qabila Urniyah ke logon ke haath-pair kaat dena, unki aankhon mein garam salai pherna aur tadap tadap kar marne ke liye chhod dena, yahan tak ke paani maangne par bhi paani nahi dena.
In waqiyaat ko jab jadeed maghribi afkaar wa nazariyaat se muta’assir Muslim danishwaran aur khud ko raushan khayal samajhne wale log hadees ki kitaabon mein padhte hain to haqeeqat-e-haal aur asal wajohaat ki tahqeeq ki zehmat uthaye baghair, Kuch log to in waqiyaat ka inkaar hi kar dete hain (jab ke yeh waqiyaat Sahih Bukhari wa Muslim ke sahih-tareen asnaad se marwi hain)
Aur kuch log maghribi mufakkireen ki ham-nawai karte hue Huzoor ki Seerat-e-Tayyiba par baatil etraazaat ka taumar baandhne lagte hain.
Aur ek bada tabaqa riwayaat ka inkaar to nahi karta magar sakht zehni uljhan mehsoos karta hai.
Yeh sab kuch waqia ke asal pas-e-manzar aur haqeeqat ko na jaanne ki wajah se hota hai. Is liye hum is mazmoon mein pehle un waqiyaat ka zikr karenge phir unka pas-e-manzar aur woh wajohaat bayan karenge jin ki bina par yeh waqiyaat ronuma hue.
Yahudi Sardar Ka’b bin Ashraf Ke Qatl Ka Waqia:Hazrat Jabir Raziyallahu Anhu se riwayat hai ke Rasoolullah Sallallaho alaihe wasallam ne farmaya:
Ka’b bin Ashraf ki zimmedari kaun leta hai? Us ne Allah aur uske Rasool ko iza aur takleef di hai. Muhammad bin Maslamah Raziyallahu Anhu ne arz kiya:Ya Rasoolallah! Kya aap chaahte hain ke main usay qatl kar doon?
Aap ne farmaya: Haan. Unhon ne arz kiya: Mujhe ijazat dijiye ke main (kaam karte waqt uske zehan ko uljhaane ke liye) koi baat keh lun. Aap ne farmaya: Keh lena.
Phir woh us ke paas aaye, baat cheet ki aur aapsi ta’alluqaat ka zikr kiya aur kaha: Yeh aadmi (Muhammad Sallallahu alaihe wasallam) sadaqa lena chahta hai aur humen takleef mein daal diya hai. Jab us ne yeh suna to kehne laga:Allah ki qasam! Tum aur bhi tang aa-jaaoge. Unhon ne kaha:Ab to hum us ke pairokaar ban chuke hain aur (abhi) usay chhodna nahi chahte yahan tak ke dekhen ke us ke maamle ka anjaam kya hota hai?
Phir unhon ne kaha:Main chaahta hun ke tum mujhe kuchh udhaar do. Us ne kaha:Tum mere paas girwi mein kya rakhoge?
Unhon ne jawab diya:Tum kya chahte ho? Us ne kaha:Apni auraton ko mere paas girwi rakh do. Unhon ne kaha:Tum Arab ke sab se khubsoorat insaan ho, Hum apni auraten tumhare paas girwi kaise rakh sakte hain? Us ne kaha: Tum apne bachche mere paas girwi rakh do. Unhon ne kaha: Ye bhi nahi ho sakta kyunki is ki wajah se hum mein se kisi ke bete ko gaali di jayegi to kaha jayega ke woh khajoor ke do wasq ke badle girwi rakha gaya tha.
Albatta hum tumhare paas zirah ya’ni hathiyar girwi rakh dete hain. Us ne kaha:Theek hai. Unhon ne us se wada kiya ke woh Haris, Abu Abas bin Jabr aur Abbad bin Bishr ko lekar us ke paas aayenge. Riwayat mein hai ke woh log raat ke waqt aaye aur usay awaz di to woh utar kar un ke paas aaya. Us ki biwi ne us se kaha: Main aisi awaz sun rahi hoon jaise woh khoon (ke talabgaar) ki awaz ho. Us ne kaha:Yeh to Muhammad bin Maslamah aur us ka doodh-sharik bhai Abu Naailah hain, aur kareem insaan ko raat ke waqt bhi kisi ke zakhm par marham rakhne ki khatir bulaya jaye to woh aata hai.
Muhammad bin Maslamah ne (apne saathiyon se) kaha:Jab woh aayega to main apna haath us ke sar ki taraf barhaunga, jab main usay achhi tarah jakad lun to woh tumhare bas mein hoga (tum apna kaam kar guzarna) Jab woh neeche utra to Muhammad bin Maslamah ne kaha: Humein aap se bahut achchhi khushboo aa rahi hai. Us ne kaha: Haan, mere nikah mein falan aurat hai, woh Arab ki sab auraton se ziyada khush-budaar rehne wali hai
Unhon ne kaha:Kya tum mujhe ijazat dete ho ke main tumhare sar ko soongh lun. Us ne kaha:Haan, soongh lo,To unhon ne sar ko pakad kar soongha. Phir kaha: Kya mujhe dobara soonghne ki ijazat dete ho? Kaha:HaanTo unhon ne us ke sar ko qaboo kar liya aur saathiyon se kaha: Yeh ab tumhare bas mein hai
To unhon ne usay qatl kar diya.

Is hadees sharif mein Ka’b bin Ashraf ke qatl ki jo wajah bayan ki gayi hai woh yeh hai ke Rasoolullah Sallallahu alaihe wasallam ne farmaya ki: “Us ne Allah aur us ke Rasool ko iza aur takleef di hai”.
Lekin woh kya takleef aur iza thi jo us ne Huzur Sallallahu alaihe wasallam ko di thi aur us ki kya kya badmaashiyan thin jin ki wajah se Aap ne usay qatl karne ka hukm diya – is ki koi tafseel bayan nahi ki gayi hai.
Is liye ab Hum Ka’b bin Ashraf ka khandani pas-e-manzar aur Musalmanon ke saath us ke bughz wa inaad aur dushmani ka haal bayan karenge jis ki wajah se usay qatl kiya gaya.
Mashhoor Yahudi sardar aur sha’ir Ka’b bin Ashraf ka baap Ashraf Makkah ke qabila “Tayy” se tha. Qatl ka irtikaab kar ke intiqaam ke dar se Madinah chala aaya aur yahan aabaad Yahudi qabila “Banu Nadeer” ka haleef ban kar itni izzat aur rusookh paida kar liya ke Raees-ut-Tujjar Abu Rafe’ Sallam bin Abi al-Huqaiq Yahudi sardar ki ladki Aqeelah se shadi ki. Usi ke pet se Ka’b paida hua. Is do-tarfa rishta-daari ki wajah se Ka’b Yahood aur Arab dono se barabar ka ta’alluq rakhta tha.Dhire dhire maaldaari ki wajah se Arab ke tamaam Yahudiyon ka sardar ban gaya. Is ko Islam aur Musalmanon se sakht bughz aur dushmani thi.
Jang-e-Badr mein jab kuffaar-e-Makkah wa sardaraan-e-Quraish maare gaye aur Hazrat Zaid bin Haritha aur Hazrat Abdullah bin Rawahah Raziyallahu Anhuma Musalmanon ko fath ki khushkhabri dene ke liye Madinah aaye aur Badr mein qatl kiye jaane walon ka naam le le kar batane lage to yeh in ko jhutlaata aur kehta ke agar Quraish ke sardar maar daale gaye hain to ab zinda rehna bekaar hai, zindagi se behtar maut hai.
Phir jab us ko un logon ke maare jaane ka yaqeen ho gaya to bawajood is ke Yahudiyon ka Musalmanon ke saath aman ka mu’ahida tha, woh Musalmanon ke dushmanon ki ta’ziyat ke liye Makkah gaya aur Badr mein qatl hone walon ke liye pur-dard marsiye kahe jin mein Musalmanon ke khilaaf intiqaam lene ki targhib, kafiron ki tareef aur aam Musalmanon ki muzammat aur burai bayan ki gayi thi. Woh logon ko jama’ kar ke nahaayat dard se marsiye sunata, khud rota aur logon ko rulata tha.
Us ne apni shayari se Makkah aur qabaail-e-Arab mein Musalmanon ke khilaaf intiqaam ki aag bhadka di. Ek riwayat ke mutabiq us ne Makkah mein 70 ya 40 Yahudiyon ko le gaya taaki Huzur Sallallahu alaihe wasallam ke khilaaf Quraish-e-Makkah se mu’ahida kare, halanke Yahudiyon ka Musalmanon se mu’ahida tha.
Musalmanon se difa’i mu’ahide (defense agreement) ki wajah se Ka’b bin Ashraf ka ahl-e-Makkah ke paas jaane ka koi jawaaz nahi tha lekin woh Abu Sufyan ko Haram mein le gaya aur Ka’bah ka parda pakad kar mu’ahida kiya ke hum Badr ka intiqaam zaroor lenge.
Jab wapas Madinah aaya to Huzoor Sallallahu alaihe wasallam ki burai mein khullam-khulla shayari karna aur logon ko Aap aur Musalmanon ke khilaaf bhadkana shuru kar diya. Us ne apne ashaar mein Musalman auraton ki izzat aur namus par na-paak hamle kiye.
In sab ke bawajood Ka’b ke dil mein lagi Musalmanon se nafrat ki aag thandi nahi hui to us ne Huzoor Rahmatullil-Alameen Sallallahu alaihe wasallam ko chupke aur dhokay se qatl karne ka mansooba bana liya.
Allama Ibn Hajar Fath-ul-Bari mein bayan karte hain ke Ka’b bin Ashraf ne kuch aur logon ke saath mil kar waleema ke khane ki dawat di aur kuchh Yahudiyon ko mutayyan kar diya ke jab Aap tashreef laayen to dhokay se Aap ko qatl kar den.Aap Sallallahu alaihe wasallam dawat mein tashreef le gaye. Hazrat Jibreel Alaihis-Salam Aap ke paas aaye aur Aap ko khabar diya aur Aap ko apne paron se chhupa liya. Aap Sallallahu alaihe wasallam Madinah wapas tashreef le aaye lekin kisi ko Aap ke aane ki khabar nahi hui.
Jab us ki fitna-angezi aur badmaashi saari hadon ko paar kar gayi to Huzoor Rahmat-e-Aalam Sallallahu alaihe wasallam ne sahaba-e-kiram se mashwarah kiya aur usay qatl karwa diya.
Ka’b bin Ashraf ki Islam-mukhalif sargarmiyon ka jaaiza lene ke baad us par jo fard-e-jurm aa’id hoti hai us ki tafseel darj-zeel hain.
1: Ka’b ne ahd-o-paymaan toda.
2: Quraish-e-Makkah aur Arab qabaail ko Musalmanon ke khilaaf jang par ubhaara.
3: Huzur Sallallahu alaihe wasallam aur Musalmanon ke khilaaf sar-e-aam apni shayari ke zariye burai bayan ki.
4: Musalman auraton ki izzat wa namus par na-paak hamle kiye.
5: Musalmanon ke Nabi aur Riyasat-e-Madinah ke sarbarah ko qatl karne ki na-paak koshish ki.
Ka’b bin Ashraf ke jurm ka taqaza yeh tha ke Aap us ke aur us ki poori qaum ke khilaaf elaan-e-jang karte aur jo log bhi baghiyana sargarmiyon mein mulawwis hain tamaam afrad ko sakht saza dete.[Aur aisa Aap aasaani ke saath kar bhi sakte the, jaise Banu Qaynuqa,Banu Nadeer aur Khaybar walon ke saath kiya]
Magar is ke bawajood Aap ne jang ka elaan kar ke us ki poori qoum ko saza nahi di balki khufiya taur se sirf usay qatl karwa diya kyunke aam log us ke taabe’ the aur asal sar-ganah yahi tha. Is tarah se is Ka’b ki fitna-giri aur fasad ko hamesha hamesha ke liye khatam farma diya.
Ab main poori dunya ke sanjeeda logon se poochhna chahta hun ke aap batayen ke ek shakhs jo Apna qawmi mu’ahida todta hai.Watan ke Dushmanon se saaz-baaz karta hai. Apne watan ke logon ke khilaaf jang ki aag bhadkata hai. Aur state ke sarbarah ko qatl karne ki na-paak koshish karta hai.
us ki saza kya honi chahiye?
Yaqeenan dunya ki har hukumat ke qanoon mein aise baghi aur mufsid logon ki saza qatl hi hai. Phir is waqia ki wajah se Payghambar-e-Islam par aatank ka ilzaam lagana kya insaaf hai? Nahi, balki aisi baat sirf ek aatanki hi bol sakta hai.
